On September 4, 2026, at 2200 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 1200 block of Oneida Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, in reference to a disturbance.

Fort Wayne Police Department incident Report Details/Summary:
On September 4th2026, Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department were dispatched to the area of 1200 Oneida St, in reference to a disturbance. After Officers arrived, they gained knowledge that a male subject with a Level 5 Felony Warrant was inside the residence, along with a female subject who had a Class A Misdemeanor Warrant. There was believed to also be a young juvenile inside the residence as well. Multiple attempts were made to try and get the subjects to exit the residence peacefully; however, all were refused. Due to the male subject having a Level 5 Warrant and refusing to exit the residence, Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Emergency Services Team, Crisis Response Team, and Air Support Unit were dispatched to the scene around 11:00pm.
Several more attempts were made to contact both subjects and have them exit peacefully. The subjects continued to refuse all commands to exit the residence. At approximately 1:45am, the subjects were taken into custody. No Injuries occurred with the juvenile nor with the subjects taken into custody.
This incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.
