Fort Wayne Police Department incident Report Details/Summary:
On Friday June 19th 2026 at approximately 0300 hrs Officers responded to a deceased male on the side of roadway in the 6700 block of Maysville Rd. It was determined that the victim, Donsia Lamont Kizer, 49, male, was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
A subsequent investigation conducted by the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Fatal Crash Team determined the vehicle to be a 2009-2014 Ford F150. With the assistance of nearby camera footage, ALPR Technology and Cell tower data, investigators were able locate and identify the suspect vehicle and driver as Esperanza Villafana
