On July 30, 2026, at 1245 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at Cintas, 3115 Independence Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1245 hours
On Scene: 1250 hours
Under Control: 1305 hours
The first firefighters arrived in 5 minutes of the alarm and found a large one story commercial building with smoke visible from the roof. The employees had already safely self-evacuated. Crews isolated the fire inside the building and on the part of the roof that was affected. The fire was brought under control within 15 minutes of the department’s arrival on the scene.
Cintas did a great job evacuating their employees.
