The right lane of eastbound East Main Street at South Barr Street will be closed July 15, 2026.

Traffic Alert: Wednesday Lane Restriction on Main Street at Barr

Fort Wayne, Indiana (July 13, 2026) — The right lane of eastbound East Main Street at South Barr Street will be closed Wednesday, July 15, so crews can replace a fire hydrant.

Work is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. and is expected to be completed that day.

No detour will be required, but motorists should use caution and watch for crews and equipment while traveling through the area.
