Statement from Fort Wayne Mayor Sharon Tucker on the passing of Kendallville Mayor SuzAnne Handshoe.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of my friend and colleague, former Kendallville Mayor SuzAnne Handshoe. I had the privilege of serving alongside SuzAnne on several panels over the years, and I always came away impressed by her strength, her candor, and her genuine love for her community. As Kendallville’s first and only female mayor, she opened doors for women across our region. My thoughts are with her family, friends and the entire Kendallville community during this difficult time.
