Electric Works partners with Four-Thirty Venue Group to lead campus events
Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 22, 2026) – Electric Works has announced a new partnership with Four-Thirty Events to lead all events on campus.
Founded by Kelly Geiser and based in Fort Wayne, Four-Thirty Venue Group is a venue management and event consulting company serving venues and organizations throughout the Midwest and beyond. The company grew out of the success and relational foundation of Four-Thirty Events, a wedding planning and consulting company Geiser established in 2020 that evolved into broader venue leadership, nonprofit collaboration, and consulting within event-centered industries.
“We view Electric Works as the community’s campus, and our role within it is to be thoughtful stewards of that gift,” Geiser said. “It is truly an honor to help shape the next phase of Electric Works and create experiences that welcome not only our city, but guests from across the region and beyond, into all this campus has to offer.”
Geiser’s career began in décor planning and rentals before expanding into large-scale weddings and events, venue leadership, and nonprofit management. That experience, combined with the opening and leadership of notable Fort Wayne venue projects such as The Fairfield and collaborations with a variety of organizations, shaped the vision for Four-Thirty Venue Group, which has developed a reputation for its highly organized and creative approach to event experiences.
Four-Thirty Group team member Claudia Lehrman will serve as Site Director of Sales and Events for Electric Works, bringing strengths and experience in organization, collaboration, and relationship-building to help shape the guest and partner experience on campus.
“Kelly and her team are the ideal events partner for Electric Works,” added Jeff Kingsbury, chief customer officer for Ancora, the lead developer of Electric Works. “Their proven track record of success, service and creativity will enhance and elevate the event landscape and expand people’s ideas for what’s possible for unique events and experiences on campus.”
