FWPD: CSA Arrest, 5800 block Turtle Creek Drive

On April 15, 2026, Diamond Davis was apprehended and taken into custody for multiple child sexual abuse charges after an investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department.

  • Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Level Four Felony

Details/Summary:

On April 10th, 2026 Officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department took a report of a child molesting complaint. We were informed that there were two victims, both of which are sixteen (16) years old now. Beginning when the victims were approximately five (5) years old, the suspect molested the victims repeatedly on different occasions. After receiving the report, this complaint was investigated by a Detective in the Crimes Against Persons Unit (CAPS). During the investigation, the suspect was identified as Diamond Davis. On April 15th, 2026, Davis was apprehended and was taken into custody for the charges listed below. The Fort Wayne Police Department thanks the Department of Child Services and the Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children for their assistance in this investigation.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
