On February 3, 2026, at 1454 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to the Trolley Steaks and Seafood at 2898 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1454 hours
On Scene: 1158 hours
Under Control: 1510 hours
Firefighters arrived on the scene to find flames issuing from the roof, smoke throughout the restaurant, and a small fire around the griddle area. The fire was contained to the hood system and was quickly extinguished by crews.
A quick search of restaurant confirmed that all employees had evacuated.
The official cause is under investigation.
