In order to make repairs to the surrounding fence and foundation, the Lawton Skate Park will be closed temporarily beginning October 23, 2025.

Repairs to Temporarily Close Lawton Skate Park
Fort Wayne, Indiana (October 22, 2025) – In order to make repairs to the surrounding fence and foundation, the Lawton Skate Park will be closed temporarily beginning Thursday, October 23, 2025. Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation will install signage to indicate the closure until the project is completed.
The goal is to reopen the Skate Park the week of November 10, 2025.
