Indiana Department of Transportation news release:
Ramps at I-69 and U.S. 30 to close
Allen County, Indiana (September 25, 2025) – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces the closure of two I-69 ramps at U.S. 30/Goshen Road.
Starting on or after September 29, crews will close the on-ramp from westbound U.S. 30/Goshen Road to southbound I-69. The off-ramp from southbound I-69 to eastbound U.S. 30/Goshen Road will also close. Crews will be completing concrete patching and joint repair on the interstate. The ramps will also be repaved during this closure. The closures are expected to last for two weeks. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During the closures, drivers needing to access southbound I-69 should use the U.S. 27/Lima Road on-ramp (Exit 311). Those needing to access eastbound U.S. 30/Goshen Road should continue south on I-69, exit at State Road 14/Illinois Road (Exit 305), re-enter I-69 heading north and exit at U.S. 30/Goshen Road (Exit 309A). Motorists may also choose to seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when travelling in and around all work zones.
