- Resolution 2025-21: Approving Funds for Modernization of North Tower Elevators at the Civic Center Parking Garage
- Resolution 2025-22: Approving Funding for a Feasibility Study to Improve Pedestrian Circulation Along St. Joseph Boulevard from Lake Avenue to Berry Street
