A Winter Weather Travel Advisory has been issued for Allen County Indiana which is experiencing rapidly changing icy conditions.

Winter Weather Travel Advisory Issued for Allen County Indiana
Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 12, 2025) – A winter weather Travel Advisory has been issued for Allen County, IN.
Freezing rain is beginning to create ice on untreated surfaces. Travel is becoming slick and hazardous in some areas of Allen County. Be alert for rapidly changing travel conditions. Use Caution if traveling throughout Allen County.
There are a couple of crashes in southwest Allen County and reports of iced parking lots and parked cars; Flaugh, Leesburg, Arcola, and Lower Huntington Roads, and some possible slide offs in the northeast area. Some reports of ice and slippery secondary roads are coming in as well. There are also several medical runs for people falling in a parking lot and being injured.
