City crews prepared for icy roads

The City of Fort Wayne Street Department pretreated the City’s main arterial intersections with liquid brine yesterday ahead of icy weather expected today.

City Crews Prepared for Icy Roads

Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 8, 2025) – The City of Fort Wayne Street Department pretreated the City’s main arterial intersections with liquid brine yesterday. Crews are ready to respond today and tonight to help keep streets and roads as safe as possible. Motorists are urged to use caution if the anticipated weather system makes it to Fort Wayne.
