Details/Summary:
On June 22nd, 2023 at approximately 1145 hours, officers with the FWPD Homicide Unit took into custody Gage Adaway. Adaway had outstanding warrants for Aggravated Battery, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury, and Battery with a Deadly Weapon resulting from a shooting investigation on April 4th, 2023. Also assisting in the investigation was the FWPD Vice/Narcotics division.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
