House fire, Robinwood Drive
(March 29, 2020) – Fort Wayne firefighters responded to a reported house fire in the 3400 block of Robinwood Drive this evening. On arrival firefighters observed smoke coming from the basement of the house. Firefighters entered the house and extinguished a small fire in the basement. Fire damage was minimal with moderate smoke damage throughout the house. No injuries were reported and both occupants self evacuated prior to the fire department arrival. The fire was caused by a Juvenal playing with a lighter. Firefighters were assisted by TRAA medics, FWPD, AEP, NIPSCO and NCE.
