- Main Discussion Issue: Defining the threshold/triggers for various activities (such as limiting gatherings, passing of communion, etc.) in Allen County**
NOTE: The Board will give members of the public and large venues/event facilities/entities a chance to provide comment before deliberations. Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per person or entity.
