News release from the Fort Wayne Police Department:
Search Warrant Service on two residences
Shortly before 8 pm, on Tuesday October 25, 2016 Detectives of the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Unit with the Emergency Services Team served two separate search warrants in connection to the sale and distribution of “Spice” or Synthetic Cannabinoids. The warrants were served at an address in the 700 block of High Street and in the 1900 block of Cherokee Road.
The following subjects were arrested as a result of this investigation:

1. Jeremy Conley
- Dealing of a Synthetic or Lookalike Substance
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
- Possession of Paraphernalia
- Invasion of Privacy
2. Casey Langston
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
700 block of High Street
1. Aaron Norman
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
2. Angela Norvell-Shicks
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
- Possession of Paraphernalia
3. David Norman
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
4. Nathan Norman
- Resisting Law Enforcement
5. Zachary Foster
