Please note the following San Diego Padres Minor League transactions:
Effective Tuesday, June 14, 2016
- Left-handed pitcher Taylor Cox placed on Fort Wayne’s 7-day Disabled List.
Effective Wednesday, June 15, 2016
- Right-handed pitcher Elliot Morris transferred to Fort Wayne from Extended Spring Training in Peoria, Arizona. (Uniform Number: 29) Earlier this season, and last year, Morris pitched for the Double-A San Antonio Missions. Entering the 2015 campaign, he was ranked the No. 23 prospect in San Diego’s farm system.
