(June 10, 2016) — The Division of Continuing Studies at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) is looking for high school students interested in entrepreneurship to join them for a three-day summer Entrepreneurship Workshop from June 21 to June 23.
The normal cost for this three-day workshop is $89. However, due to IPFW’s Office of Academic Internships, Cooperative Education, and Service Learning (OACS), any area high school student can participate for just $25.
About the workshop
This is a real-world business incubator for high school students. The workshop focuses on idea development and real-word execution. Topics include marketing, budgeting, sales, and more. Graduates of this workshop will be able to create and launch their own business.
Local business innovators will guide the students through the start-up process. These people are passionate about helping the next generation of entrepreneurs succeed in serving the marketplace and the community.
