John Chapman Kiwanis Club to Host Inaugural “Kiwanis ChocolateFest” as Local Children’s Benefit
Kiwanis and Fort Wayne Chocolate Fountain come together for a chocolate fundraiser to benefit children’s charities in Fort Wayne

(December 14, 2016) – The John Chapman (JC) Kiwanis Club is pleased to announce its second annual Kiwanis ChocolateFest in partnership with Fort Wayne Chocolate Fountain at the YOLO Event Center in Fort Wayne.
The ChocolateFest will be featured on February 12th from 6pm-9pm at the YOLO Event Center, 4201 N Wells St., and will be an evening of the area’s premier chocolate fountains with endless chocolate dipped goodies. A silent auction will be held in conjunction with the event to raise funds to present to Riley’s Hospital for Children and local Fort Wayne Charities.

“We are delighted to partner with Fort Wayne Chocolate Fountain to deliver such a prestigious event,” said Holly Barnett, President of the JC Kiwanis Club. “This event is to showcase the Kiwanis mission of improving the world, one child and one community at a time. This Valentine’s Day, we will just happen to do it with chocolate.”
The Kiwanis ChocolateFest will feature a chocolate fountain buffet with three fountains including white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate. There will also be hors d’oeurvres included with each ticket for all attendees to enjoy. In addition to the chocolate fountains, there will be a silent auction, live band, and a cash bar. Tickets are $30 each for presale and $35 day of, both include the whole experience!
