The structure housed 4 apartments with 2 sustaining heavy fire and water damage and the other 2 having smoke damage. No injuries were reported by any Occupant or Firefighter, but 2 cats did not survive the fire. Extensive overhaul of the fire apartment revealed no extension and the fire was put under control.

The fire remains under investigation.
