Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge will be blue, white, and red tonight

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge Blue, White, Red Tonight

(November 15, 2015) – As a show of support to the victims and their families in France, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge will display the colors of the French flag tonight.

“We all mourn the loss of life and support those who are grieving. Our bridge is a landmark that symbolizes people coming together and I know the citizens of Fort Wayne are mourning just like their brothers and sisters around the world,” said Mayor Tom Henry.

The nighttime lighting display will continue through Monday night.
