Final fall “County Night Out” October 15th in Hoagland
(October 5, 2015) — Allen County government will visit residents in the Hoagland area on October 15.
The final “County Night Out” meeting for the fall 2015 season will take place that evening from 6:30 to 8:00 at the Hoagland Community Center, 11320 Hoagland Road.
“County Night Out” features an open-house format designed to allow citizens the opportunity to meet the Commissioners and other elected officeholders face-to-face and obtain information about programs and services offered by various County departments. Among the departments which will be represented at the meeting include the Highway Department, Building Department, Parks Department, Department of Homeland Security, Consolidated Communications Partnership (E-911), County Soil and Water Conservation District, Department of Health, Purdue Extension Service, Solid Waste Management District, and the elected offices of the County Auditor, Sheriff, Treasurer and Recorder.
