News release from the Fort Wayne Fire Department:
House Fire, 4211 Avondale Drive
(August 9, 2015) – The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called to 4211 Avondale Drive on a reported house fire with fire showing. Crews arrived to find heavy fire through out the structure. A search of the home found that it was empty of people and pets.
No one was hurt while extinguishing this fire.
The Fire Department was assisted by Police, TRAA, NIPSCO, AEP and Neighborhood code.
The fire is under investigation.
