IPFW’s Accelerated Admissions Program Extended to August 6th
Become a ‘Don on-the-Spot’ July 30 or August 6th

(July 27, 2015) — The Accelerated Admissions Days at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) have been extended by one week to August 6. Students can now become a “Don-on-the-Spot” on either July 30 or August 6, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. both days.

“The response to our Accelerated Admission Days has been very strong, so we decided to extend the program for one more week,” said Tonishea Jackson, director of undergraduate admissions.

On Accelerated Admissions Days, prospective students can come to the admissions office and apply, have their application reviewed, and potentially be accepted—all within a span of 30 minutes.

Recent high school graduates must have at least a 2.5 grade-point-average, completed a Core 40 diploma type, and scored a minimum of 1150 on the SAT or 17 on the ACT. An official high school transcript must be presented to be considered.

Transfer students must have at least 15 credit hours and a 2.5 grade-point-average, and have all relevant transcripts from all colleges attended.
