Death Investigation in Northeast Allen County, one dead
(April 27, 2015) – The Allen County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a suspicious death in Northeast Allen County. Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 6700 block of Goldenrod Place at approximately 10:31 a.m. this morning due to the front door standing open. Responding officers found one person deceased inside the residence. There are no further details at this time.
The incident remains under investigation by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. The manner and cause of death will be released by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
