News release from the Allen County Sheriff’s Department:
Deceased Female at US 33 and Hildebrand Road
On 12/24/2014 at approximately 3:15 AM the Allen County Sheriff’s Department responded to US 33 and Hildebrand Road reference a deceased female found in the roadway. A motorist called dispatch and advised that he had hit a body laying on US 33 just north of Hildebrand. Due to the injuries, it appears the deceased was hit by multiple vehicles. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is encouraged to contact the Allen County Sheriff’s Department at (260) 449-3000. This incident continues to be under investigation. Identity of the victim will be released by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
