Fort Wayne’s first Fresh Thyme Farmers Market to open Oct. 23
(Oct. 16, 2014) /PRNewswire/ – Fresh Thyme Farmers Market will host a grand opening celebration Thursday, October 23 for its first store in Fort Wayne at 4320 Coldwater Road. Fresh Thyme focuses on the basics of shopping with healthy and organic offerings at value prices. There will be face painting and balloon animals for the kids as well as food sampling, live entertainment and a very popular grocery giveaway.
The first 250 shoppers through the doors at 7 a.m. will receive a reusable grocery bag filled with $50 worth of healthy and organic groceries. Residents at recent grand openings have arrived the night before to claim their spot in line. Greater Fort Wayne Inc. will be on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony and community partners check presentations at 6:45 a.m.
