(October 6, 2014) – Dr. Srinivasulu Kakollu is proud to announce the official opening of Lakewood Family Dental at 4512 Parnell Ave. The mission of the practice is to provide the local Fort Wayne community with high quality dental care with a specific focus and attention to patients. We provide State of the Art dental care to the entire family at affordable prices.Our practice accepts Medicaid and we are in network with most dental insurances with a is goal to improve Oral health of the entire community regardless of socioeconomic status.
Lakewood Family Dental is a General Dentistry practice, providing all aspects of dental care to the entire family. To celebrate our grand opening, we are hosting an Open House on October 9, 2014, from 9am to 11am. We invite our patients, friends, neighbors and colleagues to stop by our practice, meet our team and familiarize themselves with the new location. Founded in 2012 by oral health expert, Dr.Kakollu, Lakewood Family Dental works to enhance the overall health of the local community through each and every patient, and always welcomes new patients.
