Round 1 dying out, round 2 moving in overnight
June 30, 2014) – 10:30 pm EDT: The first line of thunderstorms is quickly weakening as it moves east across the area. A second line of thunderstorms, currently moving across northern Illinois, is expected to move into the area after midnight EDT. This line would have a low chance of damaging winds with the bigger threat for heavy rainfall and localized flooding overnight.
