Rain showers ending through the day
(June 8, 2014) – Rain showers this morning will diminish from west to east across the area through the afternoon hours. This will be accompanied by gradual clearing skies this afternoon from northwest to southeast. Highs today will be in the low to mid 70s across the area, with highs in the mid to upper 60s near Lake Michigan. Mostly clear skies are expected tonight, with lows dropping into the upper 40s to upper 50s. Mostly sunny skies in the morning on Monday will become partly cloudy through the day, with highs in the mid 70s to near 80 degrees. Showers and thunderstorms will return to the area late Monday night into Tuesday.
