EMBASSY THEATRE
Friday, August 22, 2014 8p.m.

The Embassy Theatre, JNP Concerts and NiteLite Promotions are proud to present The Moody Blues live at the Embassy Theatre on Friday, August 22, at 8p.m. Tickets on sale now.

THE MOODY BLUES is one of the most enduring and beloved rock bands in music history, going 40+ years strong! This past November marked the 45th anniversary of the legendary album Days Of Future Passed (1967) featuring “Nights in White Satin.” This tour is an anniversary celebration of that album. USA Weekend calls the band “a great rock n’ roll band with staying power beyond anybody’s wildest dreams” and the NY Post says the band sounds “untouched by time.” With a legacy that spans the late ‘60s to present, and worldwide album sales of over 70 million, The Moody Blues have generated a legendary list of hit songs (“Nights In White Satin,” “Tuesday Afternoon,” “Question,” “Your Wildest Dreams” and many others) that are regarded as some of the most ground-breaking and innovative music of our time. The Moody Blues is touring in relation to it’s definitive career-spanning box set titled “Timeless Flight” on Universal Music Enterprises. The 17-disc set includes digitally remastered CDs, DVDs of rare television performances, audio discs, a hardback collector’s book and more. The Moody Blues – Justin Hayward, John Lodge, and Graeme Edge – carry on the magical musical legacy to generation after generation, year after year.
