Allen Superior Court accepting applications for court executive position
(May 2, 2014) – The Allen Superior Court has announced that the Court is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Court Executive due to the upcoming retirement of the incumbent, Jerry Noble. The job posting dates are May 1 through May 31, 2014, with an anticipated start date of August 11, 2014.
Chief Judge Wendy Davis said the Position Opening/Application is available online at the Division of State Court website at , and at the Allen County Bar Association website at www.allencountybar.org, or directly through Allen Superior Court Chief Judge Wendy Davis via email to Gloria Perez at gloria.perez@allensuperiorcourt.us. Paper applications also are available at the Allen Superior Court Administrative Office in Room 208 of the Allen County Courthouse, in the Law Library of the Courthouse.
Judge Davis said the minimum qualifications for the position are a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in public, judicial or business administration, criminal justice and three years of substantial management experience, preferably in a court or legal setting. A Juris Doctor or Master’s Degree is preferred. The Court Executive reports directly to the Allen Superior Court Board of Judges.
