Snowfall diminishing through the day

(March 2, 2014) – Snow will continue across much of the area this morning, but will diminish from northwest to southeast throughout the day on Sunday. Additional snowfall amounts from 7 AM EST through Sunday night will range from an inch or less north, 2 to 3 inches along and southeast of a Marion, IN to Lima, OH line, and 1 to 2 inches in between. Highs will be in the upper teens to lower 20s.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect for portions of the area this morning. Use caution when traveling today, as untreated roadways will be snow covered and slick.
