Winter Storm Warning:
(February 4, 2014) – A winter storm warning is in effect for most of the forecast area. Total snowfall amounts will range from 6 to 10 inches along and SE of US 24 to 3 to 6 inches in far NW areas. For a specific snowfall forecast for your location go to weather.gov/iwx and click on your location. Winds will pick up by Wednesday morning with significant blowing and drifting expected. The Wednesday morning commute will be treacherous along interstates 65, 69, 75, 80, and 94 and many county roads may become impassable due to the blowing and drifting snow.
