Michelle Irish is the Store Manager of Bon-Ton’s Fort Wayne, Indiana store. Prior to being appointed Store Manager, Irish began her career with The Bon-Ton Stores Inc. in October 1996 as Sales Manager at the retailer’s Bay City, Michigan location. In 2005, Irish moved to Okemos, Michigan as the store’s Cosmetic Sales Manager.

In 2003, Ms. Irish was the Remodel Coordinator for Bon-Ton’s Okemos, Michigan location. Following the completion of the remodel, Michelle was promoted to Assistant Store Manager of Merchandise for the store. Then, in 2009, she was promoted to Store Manager for the Howell, Michigan location.

Ms. Irish is married and has two grown daughters, Emily and Abby, and a labradoodle Max. Ms. Irish is in the process of moving to Fort Wayne. Her family has always lived in Michigan so this is new and exciting for them.

She enjoys biking, kayaking with her husband, walking, running and boating.

Brendan Hoffman has been the President and CEO of The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. since February 2012 and was elected to the Board of Directors in the same month. Prior to joining Bon-Ton, Hoffman had been the CEO of Lord & Taylor L.L.C. since October 2008. Before joining Lord & Taylor, Hoffman was the President and CEO of Neiman Marcus Direct, a subsidiary of The Neiman Marcus Group Inc., where he oversaw the growth of neimanmarcus.com and the launch of bergdorfgoodman.com. Hoffman also served as Vice President of the Last Call Clearance Division at Neiman Marcus from August 2000 to December 2002 and Divisional Merchandise Manager of Bergdorf Goodman Inc. from October 1998 to August 2000. He has also served as a Director of Pier 1 Imports, Inc. since January 2011.

Mr. Hoffman is the recipient of the “Commit to Win” Award, given annually by WIN, New York City’s largest homeless shelter for families. In 2011, he was named “Father of the Year” and received the Milton Margolis Humanitarian Award from the National Father’s Day Council.

Prior to his professional career, Mr. Hoffman received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, earning his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business in 1997. He lives in Scarsdale with his wife, son and daughter.
