TinCaps Announce Roster Moves: August 22
The Fort Wayne TinCaps, in conjunction with the San Diego Padres, announced the following roster moves today:
RHP Matthew Shepherd reinstated from the disabled list.
RHP Bryan Rodriguez placed on disabled list.
The Fort Wayne roster stands at the Midwest League limit of 25 players.
