News release from the Fort Wayne Curling Club:
(August 8, 2013) – The 4th Annual Fort Wayne Summerspiel, is being held August 16th through the 18th at the Lutheran Health SportsCenter (3869 Ice Way, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 260-387-6614) located between Lima and Wells at Fernhill.
Fort Wayne Summerspiel features three divisions of curling – elite, open, and five years or less. The elite division features top US curlers Erika Brown, Debbie McCormick, Cassie Potter, and Allison Pottinger. It also features current world champion Eve Muirhead of Scotland and Chinese National Team Skip Bingyu Wang.
Admission to the event is free. This is a great opportunity for people to see the great game of curling live.
