Multiple Victim Shooting, 2100 Eden St.
Date/Time of Incident: February 28, 2013/6:09 pm
Location of Incident: 2100 Eden St.
Victim: Adult Male Critical Condition, Adult Male Fair ConditionOn February 28, 2013 at approximately 6:09 pm Officers of The Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a shooting in the area of 2100 Eden St. Upon arrival Officers located two victims both suffering from apparent gunshot wound(s): one in critical condition and the other in fair condition. Both victims were transported to a local hospital by TRAA (Three Rivers Ambulance Authority).
There were witnesses in the area of the shooting and they are being interviewed by Detectives for information. The scene of the shooting is being processed by Crime Scene Technicians to retrieve any pertinent evidence. The only suspect description at this time is limited; an adult male wearing a dark colored hoodie.
At this time a motive has not been established. The details surrounding this incident are still being ascertained.
This incident remains under investigation by The Fort Wayne Police Department and The Allen County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.
