MyTV to Broadcast Mad Ants Games

The Fort Wayne Mad Ants and MyTV Fort Wayne (WISE-2) are proud to announce a market-first partnership to televise Mad Ants basketball games. The schedule covers all Mad Ants games, both home and away, from March 1st through the end of the regular season April 6th.

“The Mad Ants partnership is a big local sports addition to MyTV,” said Indiana’s NewsCenter president/general manager Jerry Giesler. “MyTV is positioned to become the source for local sports in the area. Having that first cornerstone as a dedicated local professional franchise in the Mad Ants is truly a great start.”

“This is a fantastic day for the entire Mad Ants organization and its fans,” added Mad Ants president Jeff Potter. “This unique partnership allows our family friendly product to be exposed to more and more people throughout our region, and we are extremely proud to partner with this bold and exciting new station, MyTV. MyTV promises to provide top flight entertainment for our community, and we are pleased that the excitement and fun of a Mad Ants game will be featured for all of Fort Wayne to see.”

All 15 remaining Mad Ants games will air on MyTV beginning this Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm as Fort Wayne hosts the Springfield Armor and the Idaho Stampede. The innovative and entertaining weekly Mad Ants Show, Inside the Anthill, will also be making the move to MyTV in March.
