I&M Final Storm Report
All customers who were impacted after the Dec. 21 winter storm that hit I&M’s service area (peak of 20,000 customers in Indiana and 15,000 customers in Michigan) have now been restored. We appreciate all of our customers for their patience and understanding as we worked to get everyone back up and running through this restoration effort.
