YLNI holds candidate forum for citizens to engage with those running for office

(August 29, 2012) – YLNI the VOTE joins September’s Hot Spot for a candidate meet & greet on Thursday, September 20, 2012, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

YLNI the VOTE is educating its members and the general public about the upcoming local election with a non-partisan candidates’ brochure and a candidates’ night on September 20 at Indiana Tech, Andorfer Commons, 2nd floor.

YLNI the VOTE does not endorse candidates.

YLNI the VOTE Candidates Night will allow YLNI members and the general public an opportunity to meet with the candidates one-on-one. Candidates will have an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves, and the remaining time is dedicated to personal conversations with the audience.

A cash bar and complimentary hors d’oeuvres from the Oyster Bar will be available.
