Celebrate “Wild Week” at the Zoo July 9-13

July 9 Monkey Monday: Wear a tail and receive $2 off admission!
Discount applies to each person wearing a tail around the waist area. Pony tails or pig tails (hair styled as a “tail”) do not count. Discount not redeemable for cash. May not be combined with any other discount or offer. Valid 7/9/12 only.
July 10 Tiger Tuesday: Wear stripes and receive a coupon for a free carousel ride!
Stripes must be appropriately visible. One free ride coupon per guest wearing stripes. Coupon valid through 7/31/12. Not redeemable for cash or tokens. May not be combined with any other discount or offer.
July 11 Whisker Wednesday Show us your whiskers (real or fake) and enter to win a Lion VIP Experience for yourself and up to three friends – a $450 value!
Whiskers can either be any obvious facial hair (mustache, beard, etc.) or any fake whiskers. One entry per person. One entry will be selected as the winner. July 12 Giraffe Thursday: Wear a necktie and receive a coupon for a free giraffe feeding!

The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo is northeast Indiana’s largest tourist attraction, hosting more than 500,000 guests annually. The zoo was voted Indiana’s #1 “Gotta-Do Summer Attraction” in 2012 and is consistently named one of the nation’s Top Ten Zoos for Kids by national media outlets.
As a self-supporting facility, the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo receives no tax dollars for operations. The zoo’s operations are funded by earned revenue and donations.
The zoo is open April 21-October 14, 2012. Admission is $13.50 for adults; $10.50 for seniors age 60+; and $8.50 for children ages 2-14. Babies age 1 and under and Zoo Society Members are admitted free.
