TinCaps to play Sunday, Sept. 11
TinCaps to host the first game of Eastern Division Championship Series Sunday at 5:05pm
The Fort Wayne TinCaps clinched a spot in the Midwest League’s Eastern Division Championship Series with their victory over Bowling Green Friday night.
The Lansing Lugnuts shocking victory over the Dayton Dragons on Friday night tied their playoff series at one game a piece.
Lansing and Dayton will play a third and deciding game Saturday night in Lansing, Michigan. The winner of this series will travel to Fort Wayne, Indiana on Sunday, September 11th to take on the TinCaps. First pitch of this game will be 5:05pm.
Tickets are now on-sale for Sunday’s game at Parkview Field for the first game of the Eastern Division Championship Series. Fans can purchase tickets by logging on to TinCaps.com, calling (260) 482-6400, or visiting the Parkview Field Ticket Office. The Parkview Field Ticket Office will be open on Saturday, September 10th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The Ticket Office will open on Sunday at 10:00am and stay open through that night’s game.
