 Notice of the Executive Session
of the
Board of Public Safety
Fort Wayne, Indiana
In accordance with Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1, notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Safety will conduct an Executive Session at 4:00 pm on Monday, September 12, 2011, Police Operations Center, 1320 E. Creighton Ave., 5th floor conference room. This Executive Session is to discuss the following issues:
1. Initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened in writing (I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B)).
2. With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction; to receive information concerning the individuals alleged misconduct (I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(A)).
