Steam locomotive 765 returns to Ohio, Michigan this fall

News from the Fort Wayne Historical Railroad Society:

Ride the rails this September and October behind magnificent steam locomotive no. 765!

For three weekends in September, the 765 will travel the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, offering two-hour round trips through Cuyahoga Valley National Park on September 10, 11, 24 and 25, tours of CVSR’s Fitzwater Maintenance Yard, an evening photo shoot on September 17th, and a weekend of Total Track Tours September 17-18th.

And just in time to experience the brilliant colors of a Michigan’s fall season, the 765 will return to the Steam Railroading Institute in Owosso, Michigan for trips in October 1st and 15th. An all day roundtrip between Ithaca and Cadillac departs on October 1st, followed by a trip between Owosso and Alma on October 15th with first class and coach options available.
