Allen County Right to Life Political Action Committee Primary Election Endorsements

Fort Wayne, Indiana (April 4, 2011) – The Allen County Right to Life Political Action Committee (ACRL- PAC) unanimously endorses the following candidates in the Primary Election:

  • Fort Wayne Mayor: Eric Doden
  • Fort Wayne Mayor: Elizabeth Brown
  • Fort Wayne Mayor: Paula Hughes
  • Fort Wayne City Clerk: Zachary Bonahoom
  • Fort Wayne City Council At-Large: Thomas Freistroffer
  • Fort Wayne City Council At-Large: Martin Bender
  • Fort Wayne City Council Dist. 1: Tom Smith
  • Fort Wayne City Council Dist. 1: Ken Nicolet
  • Fort Wayne City Council Dist. 2: Kurt Gutman
  • Fort Wayne City Council Dist. 2: Jerome Gaines
  • Fort Wayne City Council Dist. 3: Thomas Didier
  • Fort Wayne City Council Dist. 4: Mitchell Harper
  • Fort Wayne City Council Dist. 6: Michael Latham Sr.
  • New Haven Mayor: Terry McDonald
  • New Haven Mayor: Robert Walda
  • Woodburn Mayor: Richard Hoeppner

We strongly encourage voters in Fort Wayne, New Haven, and Woodburn to support these candidates in the May primary.

The endorsements were based, in part, on a survey each candidate was asked to complete and return to the PAC. The complete list of candidates and their survey responses will be published in the ACRL quarterly newsletter prior to the Primary election.

 

About the Allen County Right to Life Political Action Committee:
The ACRL-PAC is the political action arm of Allen County Right to Life. The mission of the ACRL-PAC is to protect and promote innocent human life from fertilization to natural death. In the course of performing this mission, the ACRL-PAC actively engages in the political process, monitoring and advocating legislation that supports the mission of the PAC through appropriate legislative action. The PAC also promotes the election of pro-life legislators and public officials. In addition, the ACRL-PAC, through research and analysis of related life issues, seeks to educate voters, legislators and public officials alike, to make informed judgments on life issues so they too can stand to defend life.
