Gala Fundraiser to Feed Area Hungry

(February 28, 2011) – Community Harvest Food Bank is proud to announce plans for its largest annual fundraising event. The Community Harvest Gala will be held on Saturday, March 19th at the Fort Wayne Marriott Ballroom beginning at 5:30pm. The evening will feature fine dining, a special signature cocktail, presentation of the “2011 Charles B. Fine Friend of the Food Bank Award”, and live and silent auctions featuring some extraordinary items including: trips, jewelry, beautiful wine and gift baskets, autographed sports memorabilia, season tickets, and much, much more. All proceeds will assist Community Harvest in its mission to help provide food to those in need in northeast Indiana.

Community Harvest Gala tickets are $175 per person. Seating is limited for this elegant event. Tables of eight and ten are available for groups. Corporate sponsorships are also available which include complimentary tickets and recognition.
