Partnership leading the way for Bright Green Stewardship

On March 5th the Northeast Indiana Sustainable Business Council (NISBC) in partnership with Associated Churches of Fort Wayne and Allen County will hold a session on Bright Green Stewardship to help faith-based organizations implement sustainable practices.

Volunteers from Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren, Plymouth Congregational Church of Fort Wayne—United Church of Christ and Covenant United Methodist Church are collaborating with NISBC officers to provide a program that is both beneficial to faith-based organizations and our environment.

The three hour Program will provide information on the basic principles of Stewardship and Sustainability along with instructions on obtaining Certification through NISBC membership.

This event is free for faith-based organizations and reservations must be made by March 3, 2011. To make reservations, please contact Kerri Przemielewski at kerri@nisbc.org or by phone at (260)482-5849.

Session will run from 8:30AM – 11:30 AM located at the Plymouth Congregational Church-United Church of Christ, 501 W. Berry Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
