2011 Legislative Survey
I want to hear from you!(January 7, 2011) – Balancing the state budget and avoiding job-killing tax hikes will be top priorities for the 2011 legislative session. Given the fragile national economy, legislators will avoid new spending and new taxes on already struggling Hoosiers.
Talk among constituents clearly indicates lawmakers should also focus on fostering job creation by private employers, improving schools by putting students first and protecting voters by promoting fair redistricting.
